Recently I was asked to design and produce artwork for a 24-page document about music streaming for the Entertainment Retailers Association (ERA). They required two versions, a print version to use in meetings and conferences and another as an interactive pdf that they will use across digital media and online.
ERA will submit the final document to the Digital, Culture Media and Sport Select Committee within the government to help explain the economics of music streaming and how it has affected the music industry. The submission contains detailed analysis and data on how streaming has grown over the last decade and how streaming now accounts for the lion share in UK music revenue.
I created several charts, graphs, and infographics to accompany the text, making the document more engaging and easier to understand. In addition, the use of graphic elements creates more interest and helps highlight critical figures.
