A New Logo Design for MAC Global
My client is a multi-award-winning B2B talent management, events & production company based in the Middle East. After deciding that their brand needed to reflect their global reach more effectively, they approached me to create a new logo.
A solid and straightforward brief led to me creating a choice of logos, and their preference is the version you can see here.
They will use the logo to promote their business across print, digital and other marketing channels, so the design had to be flexible enough to meet this requirement. Most importantly, as my client extensively uses social media to communicate their value, the logo had to work well across these platforms.
As is typical with rebrands, the client wished to ensure that I carried the value of their previous brand forward into their new design. I achieved this by retaining but modernising some characteristics of their previous logo.
In addition, the client requested that I provide the logo in colour, black/white, greyscale and reversed versions. Using a single prominent colour from their previous brand allowed me to fulfil this part of the brief while reinforcing continuity between old and new logos.
The new logo retains the legacy and heritage of the MA Concerts lozenge shape and intensifies the honourable navy blue colour.
